I’ve had minor issues, but the customer service has improved tremendously.
High finance rates but friendly staff
They wasted my time! The employee Emily, after setting my appointment on the phone with me for 1:45, wasn't able to see me until 2:07, she then asked me for paperwork that she did NOT ask me to bring over the phone. If I was notified properly I would have had the correct paperwork. She proceeds to send me to my bank to get a bank statement, in which I did. After returning at 2:30, she proceeded to help another client in the lobby. When she finally asked me to come to the desk, she proceeded to take a phone call instead of pl... read more
