Jennifer and Paul made this experience exceptional! I had a wonderful experience with Regional Finance from start to finish. Jennifer was incredibly sweet and took my phone call and helped me with my application — her warm and welcoming attitude made the whole thing feel easy. Once I came into the branch, Paul took over and made the process fast, smooth, and stress-free. He got me taken care of quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from both of them. Highly recommend!
Do not use this company! I have an existing loan with them and they CALLED me to offer more money. After submitting paperwork and being promised of pre approval I was denied! I have a very good credit score and banking info to support. DO NOT waste your time!
I had an awesome experience at Regional Finance! Paul was great and so was the staff! The process was thorough and seamless. I would highly recommend to others.
