Thy new guy running the santa fe place should not be working there he doesn't have any respect for the customers, we ask for a refinance because for the past 12 months I have been getting emails from the Santa Fe branch saying we have money available and just come in a they would be very glad to help us , we have never messed a payment in two years and after being a good paying customer they still denied the loan , we waited 5 days for a response after they said it would only be about one hour
Whoever is the branch manager is AWFUL. 1st he claimed he couldn't see my moms documents when she sent them in. He told her that he could refinance my mother, she has been a long time client, and always paid on time. He said no problem come in and I can refinance you. Just bring your paperwork in. We went all the way to Santa Fe from about 1.5 hours away with no gas and no food (my mom is a diabetic) when we got there he was rude, he was making comments about people who need loans are losers and that he wishes they didnt exi... read more
