Most unprofessional,incompetent loan co. i have ever done business with.!Do not go here! There are plenty of loan cos. in this city. little to no training of employees of the loan business let alone customer service. Very ,very poor. I will not even give them i star they deserve to go under.
They call and leave name only. Don't not say thank you or appreciate your business.. One veblen and one lady are nice the other majority are fricken ride. Don't go here go someplace else... They don't realize that the interest you pay is their paycheck. If you get a loan, payoff fast because they will treat you like trash... If they don't have customer service skills they need to find another job... By the way, have a nice day Regional Finance :-). You never said that to us...
