Called to get some clarification about loan, spoke with a female( can't remember her name) but she didn't know any answers to my questions. Then she transferred me to John who was very RUDE and unprofessional. His tone while talking to was very non chalant and act as if I was bothering him, didn't want to clarify on questions asked. Will NOT be a returning customer. PERIOD

Had a very rude and unprofessional experience with one of the reps (female name starts with letter J). As I was unable to make a payment she got very personal and unprofessional instead of doing her job. The rep felt the need to express her opinion of WHEN ill make a payment or when I'm going to call them back before she hung up in my face. I was not being nasty nor did I raise my voice to warrant this type of attitude from her. I DO NOT!!! recommend this branch unless you won't mind being treated this way if you were under ... read more
