Excellent service. The girl I spoke with was very professional. She answered all my questions about my loan and was very helpful in explaining it all to me. Every time I go in to make a payment they are always so friendly. I would definitely give this place five stars just on their costumer service!
I can't even rate this place of "Business" this place is AWFUL! Problem #1 I get a random call saying I have 2 past due payments that need to be paid. I tell the boy (Jamie is his name) that I have never been late on my payments. So I ask for a statement showing where I was late. He replies "We don't send Out statements" I being the customer have to right to show ON PAPER where I have fallen short on my payments.
