We have worked with Revional Finance over the last 5 years Our experience has always been pleasant. The manager at the Midwest City, Ok, is Shaunda Williams. She is professional, friendly and always helpful.
My experience with Regional Finance was very disappointing. I was told one thing at the beginning and later given completely different answers with no assistance afterward. I feel I was misled, and the process was a waste of time. I would not recommend them.
Unless Shawnda Williams handles your account, good luck. These people dont keep there word.. no call backs ,no updates just excuses. All the blame on corporate underwriters that need time.. I was told with proper information and identification. 20 mins. BS
