I was extremely disappointed with the manager due to her dishonest communication. She told me that if I paid my dues, she would lower my monthly payment to 188. She stated that she had already removed some of the unnecessary insurance from my account. However, after I gave her my payment, she stated that I was not approved for a lower payment. She also refused to remove me from unsolicited mail.
My experience was amazing! Love the people. Very professional, courtesy, and kind. Thank you Sheretta Williams for your help. My experience here has been nothing but GREAT!! I definitely will recommend this place. ☺️
