I am going to try to not make this lengthy but I want to explain what happened and why I rated Regional Finance two stars. To make this as short as possible, first the entire process from the time my sister's loan was approved to the day she got the check took nearly 4 weeks. We were mislead into thinking that we had to sign all the needed documents in their office and on the same day.
