As a business partner we have been doing partnership business with company until here recently when the new manager Krista took over! Aside from being unprofessional Krista is very rude and handles things in a childish manner. Because of managers poor relationship with other businesses - I will no longer refer customers too this company as I am afraid she will also be rude with them and provide poor customer service.
