On 6/3/2026, I received a call from a woman at this company, she was so unprofessional and rude. I was already emotionally dealing with a family members cancer diagnosis and we had just received more unfavorable results. She didn't even acknowledge her company's name, nor her own. She was playing on the phone dragging/slurring my first name like a kid, at first I thought SPAM but I returned the call.
