Very professional service. Regional Finance took care of my need very efficiently and in a short time. I am pleased with the service I received.
They are a predatory lending company. I tried to submit a payoff to them online only to be told after submitting it that it will charge interest and never you let pay it off. I paid over $1200 to pay off the remaining balance then it told me I needed to pay $79.63 so I submitted that payment. Then it said I owed an additional $58.91 and gave me a message that I needed to call them to process payoffs. I called and told them and all they did was process the $58.91 and no offer of a refund for charging lots of extra interest.
