Contrary to many of these reviews, I just had a terrible customer service experience with Tyesha on the phone. I initially called because the last 2 or 3 months I have come into the branch to make my payments. Each time I've been told for one reason or another(mainly that the system is down or not working) that they cant print out a receipt but that one would be mailed to me.
