Tyesha was a pleasure to work with. Everything was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend! 5 star all the way!
Contrary to many of these reviews, I just had a terrible customer service experience with Tyesha on the phone. I initially called because the last 2 or 3 months I have come into the branch to make my payments. Each time I've been told for one reason or another(mainly that the system is down or not working) that they cant print out a receipt but that one would be mailed to me. Each time I've had to call and request it be sent because it never was mailed. Not a big problem, just careless and a bit of an aggravation. So I calle... read more
