They are not a good company to deal with at all.They call and harass you before you're payment is due and they hate you not paying on the date it's due. They threaten you with things such as we no longer have a 10 day grace period they may repossess you're vehicle. We all have are jobs to do but there is a tactful way of doing it always.
Not a nice company to deal with since it changed hands. In these hard economic times, some of us are doing the best that we can to pay our bills. It's tough and I realize they want their money, and they will get it, but my family also has to eat and the house note has to be paid. As well as the electric, phone and water. I am so close to having them paid off--I just wish they would have been more agreeable to work with.
