A few years ago I applied for a loan, they gave to me and I paid the majority of the loan back. I reapplied a year ago and they denied me, I ask if they gave me a loan could they put the balance of the old loan on to the new one, and they told me no. So I ask if I could make payments towards the old loan and they told me no as well, said that it was in the hands of a collection agency. Everyone needs help sometime.
