Amazing finance company with a caring staff. Since I first started using Reginal Finance in Pell City, Alisha has been my primary finance worker there. After having a major surgery done and being out of work for a month, Alisha had personally brought my paper work out to me in my car when I needed to borrow extra cash on my loan to cover bills till I returned to work. My pep pea about this company is they don't give you a 10 grace period before they start calling and harassing you about making a payment. They will start calling the next day from your payment during. Ours due on the 19 which this month landed on a Wednesday we get paid on Friday. On Thursday the 20 they are blowing up all the phones for a payment. We hardly ever late more than 2 or 3 days late but if you don't pay the day of, you might as well get ready for the phone calls to begin the next day at opening of the business h... read more
