Updated my review. Though the communication could’ve been slightly better, they were friendly and helpful. They were able to help us get what we were aiming for and made the process smooth!
We did business with Regional from 2016-2024. Never had any issues. But recently we tried to inquire about a loan Wednesday last week. We called to check in both that Thursday and Friday. Turned in more documents that were needed on Thursday and on Friday they told us they’d call Monday morning. It’s now Thursday. Still never received an answer. If it’s a no, please at least people know.
Do not get a loan from here. They will call your work in a rash you and your co-workers. They will get numbers that you did not give them because they have called my wife's dad before. They will threaten you and tell you you only have 24 hours. But then they'll turn around and wait a week and tell you that again. These are horrible people do not get a loan from them.
