Fast timing, and efficient
Used to be a decent company but has b3come wxtremely unprofessional. Aahley Johnson is the Branch Manager and I have tried for over 3 1/2 weeks to contact her via phone or email wothout success. What a waste of time. Also beware, they will stop your autopay and turn you over to Credit Bureau for "Late Payments" so they can they and make another loan. You cannot pay your last payments online either. L3ss than 1* DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Dominique at the Beaumont Texas lication rocks. She was very professional. She took time to listen to my needs and went above and beyond to try and accommodate what I was trying to do. This w as my second loan with her and would not want to use anyone else. I was even able to close on my loan on a Saturday which was amazing. I also got to meet Ashlee the Manager at the same location and my experience was just as good. These two ladies definitely represent you company well.
Thank you Arelle my whole experience was great. Your knowledge was on point. You explained everything clearly and plainly. I was very please and I left again thank you.
