I have done business with Regional for years. Their personnel are friendly, courteous, and helpful.
I spoke with an employee whose name was Lewis. He was very standoff ish and rude for no reason. We all have bad days but your job is customer service. I asked simple questions that the employee refused to answer. Employee wanted me to run my credit for answers he simply answered after I applied a little more pressure. I won’t be starting any sort of business with this company. No need to reach out either
