Don't patronize this place I .Was told by Amy that I was approved and to expect an email. AFTER AN HOUR I CALLED BACK AND A MALE ASSISTANT MANAGER TOLD ME I WASN'T APPROVED..UNPROFESSIONALISM AT ITS BEST..THESE PEOPLE WON'T HELP YOU IF YOU TRULY NEED IT...AND THEIR AGENTS ARE QUITE CLUELESS

Mrs. Landy, was very professional and helped me with my situation even though I thought that I couldn’t get a loan and she made it happen. I’m proud to say that I would continue to go Regional for any other loans in the foreseeable future. Thanks again
Mrs. Landy lied about refinancing and lowering the interest rate. I hate being lied to. I asked to speak with Rhonda the manager and I explain to her my problem and concerns, she just blows me off and act like it’s nothing. So now I have a hard pull on my credit all from Mrs Landy bs’ing me for two days. Only thing she trying to do is get me further in debt. But yea they claim to help people out. Watch out for these frauds. I will Be glad when I get them paid out and over! Bad business!!
