New app doesn't get me logged in. I've called over 8 times on different days and times and never get an answer. Been with them since I was in 7th grade. Horrible experience and their technology is from the dark ages.

Calls suck! But emails are great, fast responses emails on the website it’s not at the top of my head
Do not recommend. If you want the small town banking this is for you. If you want 24/7 cash withdrawal access, Zelle option payments etc. this is not the bank for you. I’ve been a customer for a little over a year and have had 3 instances where I have not had access to my account the most recent being from September 30th until October 9th. I can’t login into my account because they changed their internal system, have called over 10x, emailed, no response.
