for a entire week I've been locked out of my app so I can't pay any of my bills. I also can't add my card to my Facebook pay and my card has been blocked on ATMs! you keep claiming it is a software issue and it should be resolved by the end of the day and it's been 5 days now. if this is not fixed I will be taking my money to a different bank! you also never answer your phones!
The people are always helpful to find your best solution.

I went through the drive thru. Only car there and one inside. Took 2 minutes just to acknowledge me, then another 7 just TO CASH A CHECK!!! They really need to revisit their priorities. I think I'm going to close my account and go elsewhere. I don't have that much time to waste on something that should've taken 2 min total!
