This is a great old fashioned customer focus friendly bank. Today we were looked after by Jan as she served my 85yo father-in-law. She was so patient & helpful. Just amazing compassion & great customer service. So sad that the big 4 are closing branches everywhere. This bank shows you how banking should be like. Not just chasing profit for shareholders.
