Worst Finance company . Paid car off and they failed to send me a paid off letter for verification and I had to call them so they can mailed it out. Per the contract i signed with them they should’ve initially send out my Paid off letter for confirmation and they did i had to call to get that done. Also customer service is horrible. They pick up the with attitudes and hang up. Worst ever

You would expect them having a loyal customer who hasn't made a late payment in 4 years to receive a 30 day extension. But apparently that's too much to ask for.
