You sent someone to hand me a letter stating your taking my car Jan 6th for being 2 months behind. You told me you’re not accepting a partial payment till it’s paid off because Jan 6 is enough leiniency. Bro I had a heart attack. I was out of work….this company used to be good it’s now a joke

Absolutely horrible. Tell me im 3months behind when I have only had 1 payment that I was only able to make a partial payment. My next bill is due today and telling me its passed due lol... now I go and pay the payment and get 3 different numbers to pay the rest of. Getting threating get my car repoed and now getting told was a lie and should have never been told that and my payment wasn't even near repo time. BB and a lawyer will be contacted.

My car was totaled, RAC failed to provide proper paperwork to the GAP ins company, I had to provide the information myself. The cancelled my 3rd party warranty and failed to notify the dealership so they could watch for the refund check. I tracked down the check, the dealership overnighted to RAC they Received payment on 7/16 and as of 7/29 has not applied my payment. Every time I call the call center cannot provide any reason the payment hasn’t been applied and then disconnects the call.

I called in and asked for an extension. The lady told me I was approved. I called back today 09/17/24 to check the status and make a payment and the gentleman said the extension was denied. Good thing I called. I would have been two months behind. Do not trust this company and if a dealer mentions them say no.
