I called in and asked for an extension. The lady told me I was approved. I called back today 09/17/24 to check the status and make a payment and the gentleman said the extension was denied. Good thing I called. I would have been two months behind. Do not trust this company and if a dealer mentions them say no.

This company is HORRIBLE!!! Avoid them if you possibly can. Absolutely awful customer service. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Glad to be done with them!
