Horrible service and decided to hang up on me during calls would never recommend this company to anyone looking for loans.
Very rude and hard to deal with. Also trying to take more money than they are owed. I have my June confirmation number and they keep telling me I did not pay the amount but I paid the full amount it is also in my transactions on my debt card. I will go without before I finance anything through them ever again.
Horrible company, will try to scam you out of money. They will tell your that your car is past due and about to be repossessed even when you pay ahead. Avoid at all costs!! If you do deal with them, keep EVERY receipt. Eventually these people will be caught and sued.
My car has been paid off since November 2025. When I made my last payment they told me my title for my car should be there within a few weeks. Well it is May of 2026 and guess what still no title, I’ve called numerous times and they keep saying they will ship it out again. How hard is it to ship someone their title to their car smh
I paid my car off completely in December of 2025. It is now March 17th, 2026 and I’m STILL WAITING for the title to my vehicle. I’ve called the office many times trying to get this expedited and all they say is they’ll forward the information to their manager. I’ve received no calls or emails for any reason from anyone from RAC. This is ridiculous.
