My car has been paid off since November 2025. When I made my last payment they told me my title for my car should be there within a few weeks. Well it is May of 2026 and guess what still no title, I’ve called numerous times and they keep saying they will ship it out again. How hard is it to ship someone their title to their car smh
I paid my car off completely in December of 2025. It is now March 17th, 2026 and I’m STILL WAITING for the title to my vehicle. I’ve called the office many times trying to get this expedited and all they say is they’ll forward the information to their manager. I’ve received no calls or emails for any reason from anyone from RAC. This is ridiculous.
I was so happy when I received mail from this company that said they could lower my interest rate for my auto loan it happened pretty quickly and pretty easily other than the fact that their website and their app have glitches and a lot of times things don't work correctly now that I'm paying my car payment through them I went to the app to set up auto pay their app has so many glitches it responds with auto pay could not be set up try again later so then I go to the app and try to make a direct payment I tried to do this wi... read more

You sent someone to hand me a letter stating your taking my car Jan 6th for being 2 months behind. You told me you’re not accepting a partial payment till it’s paid off because Jan 6 is enough leiniency. Bro I had a heart attack. I was out of work….this company used to be good it’s now a joke
