Absolutely horrible company. Very rude employees all around. Also they make it impossible to make payments other than over the phone and even when you do make them over the phone you have verify information about 3 times before speaking to an actual person. If I could give them negative stars I would. You would be better off not financing anything than through this company.
Their 24/7 automated phone service is not 24/7 and it doesn’t work; it just goes in circles asking for the same information and never taking the caller to pay a bill just keeps going in a circle until you get frustrated and hang up!!!!!

IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO A PERSON! The website says call this number to 'speak to a representative' - it is an AUTOMATED LINE and HANGS UP ON YOU if you don't press one of their options I've never been so frustrated! Absolutely ridiculous
After my car was hit by a drunk driver, they took payment for the car by the lawyers/insurance to pay it off. They now claim that the 11k check didnt cover the amount owed?? They have now put this car on my credit report as REPOed. They killed my credit score for no reason. Thanks guy, your a joke
