Horrible finance company, worked with other finance companies on vehicles and could reach someone easier than these guys. Trying to get through, is impossible with there automated system. When you do talk to someone, it's rare to get an agent that can go over things or update information. There is stuff they don't tell you about your loan like how the daily percentage feeds into the loan and the payment towards the loan is very little that goes towards the principal balance.

Katrina was the best and most helpful person I’ve ever talked to. I think a lot of these reviews would change with her in charge. I do regret my loan unfortunately but Katrina made me finally understand my loan and how payments and interest works with it. I hope Truist can find a way to regain trust with their customer base.

Took 18 calls to finally speak to someone to get my issue resolved and then another half hour to get my paperwork I requested. Absolutely terrible
