I would think twice before accepting any auto loan that involves Regional Acceptance Corporation. My experience with this company has been a constant struggle just to get basic questions answered. Their phone service is extremely unprofessional. Representatives have interrupted me, talked over me, given me conflicting information, and ended calls rather than properly addressing my concerns. Yes, I do not recommend. I have had my car took from me, then paid my bill for me to get it back. It has took them 3 whole days for me to get my vehicle back & they are just now getting it processing. Which means I may have to wait another whole 24 hours until I can get my vehicle back & their not being very cooperative with me , the mangers has the worst attitude ever “Ms. Emerson” is not someone you want to handle your business with. If the dealership approves you through this company RUN!! Its horrible. I’ve never seen any other company operate in this manner. They will tell you they sent out paper work, you never get it then you ask the rep to tell you what the letter said or re send it… that takes up to a week for them “to find the letter” certain departments have NO REPS so youll have to get very basic information from a rep from a different department and request a call back from a supervisor if you need more beyond that.
