Why does everyone who works here have an attitude??? Worst customer service everrrrr
If the dealership approves you through this company RUN!! Its horrible. I’ve never seen any other company operate in this manner. They will tell you they sent out paper work, you never get it then you ask the rep to tell you what the letter said or re send it… that takes up to a week for them “to find the letter” certain departments have NO REPS so youll have to get very basic information from a rep from a different department and request a call back from a supervisor if you need more beyond that. When I tell you this is the WORST place to get a car loan I mean it . Customer service is down right rude and nasty , when you try to talk to them about your problems they talk over you and degrade you . They will also call you a million times back to back all times of the day . If you hate your job that bad go for it something different .
Yes the interest rates are so horrible it's unreal. Just pay it down until you can get your bank to take over the note. Will take about 2 years but we've never had a problem with this company.
