Yes the interest rates are so horrible it's unreal. Just pay it down until you can get your bank to take over the note. Will take about 2 years but we've never had a problem with this company.
If can give 0 stars I would !!! I always pay my bill a week early and still get charged $30 for past due balances which i don't know how its past due Update in 2026 : I called again in regards to being unable to log into my account. When first greeted by a rep she had the ugliest attitude. This is the second time I experienced an unprofessional encounter with RAC. Please get your employees proper customer and phone training

Trash company rude disrespectful and scammers charge interest per day your late on a payment This company is so bad they have their own employees giving 5 star reviews and it’s still a 1.7 star rating
Janiqua Franklin has the MOST nasty attitude, I’ve ever experienced receiving customer service! She huffs and puffs over the phone! Talked to me like l was an idiot repeating herself. I don’t care how many times I ask the same question, the attitude is not needed. She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
