I have been going to Ms. Regina for 5 years now, she is fast, Accurate, polite, explains everything to you if you need anything she will make sure you understand everything I wouldn’t go anywhere else
Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Cheryl, daughter of Regina who is the owner, is the worst tax preparer out there. My husband and I went thinking it would be a fairly quick process... the first 20 minutes consisted of her complaining about their mouse problem, then their plumbing problems, then her health problems, and how hungry she was. Meanwhile she kept calling, multiple times, to order food and started swearing when the person would not pick up so she could order - all while she was punching in our tax info.
