I made an appointment with Regina directly for a consultation and structured my afternoon around it. When I called as arranged, her receptionist said she was on another call. I emailed her and complained. I heard nothing for an hour, at which point I wrote again and said I was going to publicize my experience. I immediately got an email back making excuses.
