Guys, it's absolutely dreadful! This is the first time I've experienced such unresponsiveness. I've been calling for a two weeks, leaving countless voice messages, but they don't call back or respond to emails. It's just not a professional office at all!
Very hard to reach. Something that I was told would be simple and quick has now taken over a year- and the lack of communication only makes it more frustrating.
