The women who work the window are absolutely rude, unprofessional, condescending, & don't belong working w the public at all. They prefer to be on their cell phones. They have no manners.If you say hello or Good morning, the one womans response is uh huh. My husband has been in their 2 times, & both times they refused to help him, the last time she slammed the paper down. I recommend if you want to be treated w any courtesy, & have your questions answered do yourself a favor & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
It says open at 9 on Saturday and its 1030 and nobody is even in the store
This is actually the first review I have ever posted. I just have to say... The experience I had at Regina's in Troy NY was absolutely awful! Ive spent most of my life working in sales and customer service so perhaps my expectations were too high but I don't believe that treating people with basic human decency is too much to ask for.
