Very rude Employees. The customer service is horrible there. I was sent a check from a training and went there to cash my check. In a very rude manner I was told we don’t cash those checks. I said what do you mean those checks the young lady proceeded to say those checks three times, And then asked me what was I confused about. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at Regina Cashing Place in Albany, NY. An employee denied me Western Union services based on false information, claiming that Western Union does not accept a Puerto Rico driver’s license for transactions over $100. This is completely untrue. A Puerto Rico driver’s license is a valid U.S. government–issued ID, and Puerto Rico residents are U.S. citizens.
