I went to Regina’s Check Cashing with a $200 state refund IRS check because my mobile deposit wasn’t working and I needed rent money. The cashier (Bri/Brianna) refused to cash it because it was already signed — and she was extremely rude about it. She didn’t ask for my ID or explain anything kindly.
