I usually go to the Regina on N. Salina. Unfortunately I ended up here on S. Salina. The lady in here was rude and acting as though she hates the customers. The older lady was decent. I explained to the younger lady if she hates her job should should quit. I will NOT come back to this location. This younger one attitude sucks.
Short fat white girl is very rude
When I got in there there was a line of like four or five people and It went pretty quick! I couldn't believe how fast she did my money order because when I do it elsewhere it takes way longer and she was a nice lady!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Both the teller and manager refused to cash my IRS refund check. Because I signed the check before I arrived at the business? Ludicrous!!! Outrageous!!!, Very very negative experience, I hope the corporate office fires both of them. Arrogant, outspoken, racist, dysfunctional, rude, and this was my very first time using Regina Check cashing. I feel the teller and manager were racist.
