I have used Regier and Associates for my tax returns for years. They have always been thorough and responsive. It is nice to know that this little piece of my life is taken care of by someone I trust.

I own Rental Property. The Bookkeeper working at Regier did not have all my accounting done for 2024, the information was turned in to my accountant 6 days before the extension expired. As of Mid May when the Bookkeeper left no bank transactions entered, no activity at all about my rental property in my accounting records nor my Quickbooks for this year. I could go on. You get the point. I have asked why this happened? They have sent me directly to their attorney, no explanation, no trying to rectify the situation.

Very bad experience - beware. I met with them in January and had all my business expenses and tax forms to them by early February to file. I had to reach out to them twice in April for an update. They did not get the form to me to sign until evening on April 15th. I did not see it until the morning of the 16th, resulting in a late fee from the IRS. Poor communication, lots of errors and additional “late fees” cause their neglectful business ethics.
