Outstanding customer service. They sent me a new damper free of charge after a "questionable" order entry process. This type of customer support is very uncommon these days.
Love this product and their customer service is top tier! After a screw up (my own fault) the order was just about to ship before I realized the error. I contacted customer service and Ann went and pulled it from the floor right away to correct the order. Quality product + Quality service! 10/10 👏
This company is amazing. Unfortunately my custom air-return vents were stolen off my porch not minutes after being delivered. I submitted a claim with the shipping company but they could not help since there was proof of delivery. Shelley and a couple others at Reggio reached out and offered to replace these for free. I never expected them to cover the cost of the theft or asked them for replacement...they just did it. Great customer support, great people and great products for those with older non-standard homes.
