Reggio makes very high quality products. They also helped me out with a difficult situation regarding a special order and a customer who passed away. I can't thank Reggio enough for their caring customer service.
I paid over $1,000 for a 40” × 20” return grille and the quality is completely unacceptable for the price. The grille is made from thin, flexible 18-gauge steel, arrived with a visible dent in the frame, and feels flimsy even before installation. This is not a premium product by any standard. Most of the aluminum supply vents in the same order also arrived with surface pits, shaved edges, and inconsistent finishing. I've bought register covers from here several times for my 1920's build home that I'm trying to make period. These covers are super high quality and I'm very pleased with the customer service. I had an issue with a toe kick vent recently that they resolved right away and sent me a new unit free of charge (Ann Navaroli helped me and was super nice)! I will continue to order from here in the future!
