Disappointing move, 2nd time I have used Reggie's, first time around they were great. 2nd time was horrible, 2 hours late, came in a spent the time chatting about the weekend party while discussing their plans for the following weekend. Nothing wrong with chatter as long as they do so while still working. I had stated several times that I needed their man power the help lift at the other end.
