This shop is a great place to get an education about herbs & how they can work in/with the body to facilitate healing &/or control of a chronic problem. It's made very clear that herbs do not heal a disease! However, since they are derived from nature, they are "body/mind friendly" & thus people, at least I did, experience, after a period of time of taking the herbs, a true sense of well-being. Besides, Reggie is very personable & knowledgeable! :-)
