This facility is next level. I’ve tried contrast therapy (infrared sauna/cold plunge) in a few places and I gotta say here the service is the difference. The way the time is taken to ensure the whole experience is optimal was amazing. 1st time trying the Photo-Biomodulation bed and this is an absolute MUST. I feel absolutely amazing even after a poor night’s rest. I’ll definitely be back!
Very knowledgable, clean and friendly business. The red light therapy beds and laser have helped me with energy, recovery and sleep.
