Appauling management and resident care. My advice would be to not send your family here. Amber is fantastic, the rest couldn't careless about your loved ones.
Appauling management and resident care. My advice would be to not send your family here. Amber is fantastic, the rest couldn't careless about your loved ones.
Beautiful settings, huge space for the residents to roam, large single rooms, wonderful / caring staff and a great atmosphere. My mum has been here for 2 years and she is very happy. Their are always activities to be involved in, the staff encourage all residents to participate and they also encourage independence. It also doesn't feel, smell or look like a nursing home which is really nice. Very happy.
