Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I dropped shirts off in June 2024 for tailoring. The tapering wasn't done until December. Excuse after excuse about being too busy. Promised deadlines missed again and again. Made to feel like a second class customer. The final step of trimming the excess was to be done by January. Again excuse after excuse of missed deadlines.
