EDITED TO ADD: We recently moved my grandmother out of this facility, and in hindsight, we wish we had done so much sooner. While there were minor improvements over time, the inconsistency of care and poor food quality remained ongoing issues. My mom was here for 9 months (August-April) She received good care, but the turnover rate for aides and nurses during this time was high. I believe there are only a few aides that are still here that were here when my mom came. My mom liked the food, the room, and the aides/nurses. Unfortunately my mom had to leave because she is declining mentally.

UPDATED REVIEW: Since my time posting this initial review, I do want to say that conditions have improved, and I attribute that largely to the new executive director, Felicia. She seems to be turning things around and I am confident that she is holding staff accountable for their actions. My grandmother is now regularly receiving her scheduled showers. The staff also appears to be more in tune with what residents need and want.I look forward to seeing continuous improvement and appreciate the efforts of all the employees tha... read more

I recently quit due to poor management. I followed proper protocol to report my concerns to corporate. Nothing was done except I was bullied and harassed more and more until I had to quit to protect myself. The Director Felisa is not a good person, she doesn’t care about the staff or residents. If you work here or have a family here I’m sure you already know that. I tried to hang in there for the sake of my staff and residents but there was nothing more I could do without absolutely zero support from corporate.
