Be careful! In the span of three weeks, my information was taken three different times. I filled out the intake form online, waited for calls with no callbacks, and no one reaching out to me. Finally, on the fourth attempt, I was informed that due to caseload, no one would be able to take my case. If looking to hire Chad Buckingham at Regent Law ~ take my advice and DON'T! IF they come back and say "I am not the client so my review doesn't count", well that is incorrect. I hired him to handle my daughter's child support in July 2024. They took ALL of "my" payments, and I was added to the paperwork to discuss this case. One of my daughters tried to leave a review (see Cassie's review) and that's the response she got. I was told this case was 'cut and dry' and that $4,000 would be "more than enough". While not a client of Regent Law, I saw firsthand the absolute stress and heartache Chad Buckingham and this firm put both my mother and sister through as they tried desperately to get child support. I was appalled to see they went many weeks with no response from Chad and saw the desperate state they were in to get some sort of response and conclusion to the case. Leaving this review on behalf of my mom who had the worst experience with Chad Buckingham at Regent Law: “Buyer beware! I hired Chad to get my daughter child support for my granddaughter. We found ourselves emailing & leaving voicemails with zero response for weeks and weeks. OR his assistant responding with “Chad has been busy, swamped, in court, etc. and will get back with you”.
