Take your loved one ANYWHERE, ANYWERE other than Regent! Care is subpar and they will refuse (passive/aggressively because they'll state they are mailing you a check that they never mail) to reimburse any over-payments. Litigation has begun regarding my mother's estate, but NO ONE should have to deal with what my family has due to Regent while also dealing with grief. It's nothing short of evil! Please don't choose a Regent facility!
Years of experience with Regent Care. Was very good a decade ago. Had deteriorated significantly over the last 4 years or so in every category and aspect. There have changed ownership very recently and hopefully the new owners will change things for the better.
