My massage with Ashley was magical. We did a little bit of reflexology, reiki, massage, and more! Since she charges just for her time it's nice to have different modalities. I'm looking forward to my next session. I'll be back soon!

Ashley is my go-to for any muscle issues. She is always willing to answer all my stupid questions, and totally nerds out about my problems. I've been recently trying to workout more intentionally, and that has resulted in a lot of "why can't I do what the instructor is telling me to do? I don't think my arm even bends that way?" She's able to take a look and let me know her hypothesis, along with giving me knowledge about the muscle groups involved.
