Came here last week to have a Pajama & Vision Book night. Had an amazing time with ADionne leading us through a guided meditation in the salt room, creating vision books together, and watching a movie after. I also bought some jewelry that I LOVE wearing. 10/10 recommend and cannot wait to come back again!

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Regenerating Me! We tried nearly everything, and each service exceeded our expectations. First, we visited the Halo Salt Therapy Lounge, and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and refreshing experiences I've had. My girlfriend and I had the wonderful opportunity to experience a dajamma birthday party, saltroom lounge and vision book experience at Regenerating Me. We were impressed by the decor and vibe of the experience. The vision book supplies were well stocked which was very useful after our 30 minute meditation in the very relaxing saltroom. Overall if your looking for a cool new experience in town to help you relax and really ground yourself in our hectic world I could not recommend a better place.

I had an amazing experience, go, go, go!!! I brought my Goddaughter on a special night where the host ADionne who I believe is the owner as well held a meditation and afterwards it we did a Vision book and drank mock mixed drinks that were absolutely delicious. We laughed, cried, released, and got confirmation on our journey, not to mention how beautiful the rooms are! This is just a beautiful space. And the owner provided great information and about her space, events, and about healing. Yoga with Tenisha Camille (yogawithtenishacamille-Instagram)was great as well. It was challenging but also provided serenity. It was wonderful experience.
