OMG....I attended a yogawithTenishaCamille class here at Regenerating Me and it was everything. Nice vibe, relaxing, refreshing and friendly . I had so much fun. Very professional with positive energy and soothing music. Worth everything.

This is just a beautiful space. And the owner provided great information and about her space, events, and about healing. Yoga with Tenisha Camille (yogawithtenishacamille-Instagram)was great as well. It was challenging but also provided serenity. It was wonderful experience.

This was my first experience visiting a Crystal & Salt Lounge. I was immediately in awe when I walked in (hint: just look up!!). Adionne makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. I booked the salt lounge session. She guides you into relaxed state and you works with you afterwards to help you release any blockages. What a great healing experience!!!!
