Lovely wellness facility with many services and classes.
I started coming to Regenerate Wellness Center in preparation for knee surgery in hopes that I would be better prepared for the surgery, healing, and recovery. I believe that my pre- and post-surgery EES sessions, and lymphatic drainage sessions are why my recovery has been so much easier than the last surgery. The peaceful environment and the knowledge and caring Josh and Elizabeth provide is healing in itself. I am continuing these sessions - and other services available - to allow my body to be the best it can be.
They know their stuff and have helped me tremendously in several areas of my body and life.
I’ve worked with Josh doing body and belief code sessions since late Feb 2025 on physical and emotional issues that would have taken years in traditional therapies to heal. This surely won’t be everyone’s experience but after my first session, I began to lose a current total of 15 lbs from emotions that were trapped in my body. Bigger than that however, the depression and anxiety that I’ve dealt with for longer than I can remember is FINALLY almost gone.
