Adam and his team are highly knowledgeable and experienced. They have identified my injury quickly and provided a very tailored rehabilitation program to assist my recovery.
Adam, Alex and the team have helped me with several post op rehabilitations. Each has been a success thanks to specific treatment and exercises and emphasis on empowering the patient with practical knowledge to effectively heal.
I had a few sessions with Adam and Petrea, both excellent physio who are super competent, available and kind. I feel reassured to know that they are around the corner if I need them. Would not go anywhere else.
I can’t recommend Adam enough. He’s an incredibly knowledgeable and professional physio who spends the time to understand your concerns. Great communication which made it easier for me to understand what I need to do for recovery. Thanks Adam!
Adam is very professional and aims to get myself back onto the court ASAP. Exactly what any athletes wants after sustaining and injury. He aims to bring us back stronger than before as well through strength and conditioning.
