They were professional and answered all my patient’s questions.
The service here is HORRIBLE! My father is in a wheelchair and this company is totally unreliable in getting him to his doctor's appointment. They have missed picking him up MANY times because they are unorganized. I have been calling them today to confirm the appointment and no one answers the call or returns my voicemails. IF YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE AND NEED RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, GO ELSEWHERE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
