the owner magdy hanna,is unable or unwilling to pay their subcontractors since october 2023.regency palms have financial issues and is accepting deposits from families according to their website. owner promised to pay his outstanding balance of $21,000.00 in december 2023 .... .this is bad business.i would not trust the care of a family member in the hands of folks who conduct business in the manner both uc builders and regency palms have displayed.
