Went with Chris at Regency Mortgage services to act as a mortgage broker for my first time buyer purchase, have nothing but positive words to say about Chris throughout the process, he was prompt at responding and always easy to get a hold of, he was happy to answer questions and provide guidance throughout, and also assisted with a mortgage transfer when a purchase fell through which saved me a big headache. I have had to go through various mortgage brokers to get a new mortgage offer, as a man of a mature age, with only 13 years available to pay off a new mortgage I wasn't able to raise what was required. I was then given Chris's details at RMS, Chris was excellent, he kept me in the loop all the way through, explained why specific forms needed to be signed and at the end of the day managed to get me the mortgage that I required. I would absolutely recommend Chris.
