I put a deposit down on a 2021 model car in August. Upon confirmation of the order, we were told that it would be a 2022, and some "deal breaker" features were left off the build. I have emailed and texted Mort many times over the past few months to get my deposit back, and after a few "I'll get this done for you" responses, I have heard nothing, and I'm still out $2000. Do not use them. They are crooks.
Mort was AMAZING! With my travels from NY to FL, getting a new lease was seamless, fast, and efficient. Mort is honest, straightforward , and got me a great deal with the car I wanted (and color). These days cars are hard to get, and I got mine within ONE DAY. I do not typically write reviews, but I am so pleased and highly recommend reaching out to Regency Leasing because I had such a pleasant experience working with them.
I have finally found a seamless, transparent, hassle-free way of leasing a car! No more ridiculous dealership dance or sales badging! Thank you Regency Leasing, a white glove service that got me the car I was looking for, even at times of inventory challenges. Ron is a calm, objective and effective manager. The delivery was on time and impeccable. Totally recommend.
